Housio provides community, marketplace, messaging, property, and local-service features. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Housio application.
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we process account and profile details, approximate or precise location with permission, posts, comments, messages, uploaded media and documents, transaction or booking records, device notification tokens, and diagnostic information.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure accounts, provide feeds and local results, deliver messages and notifications, process requested services, prevent abuse, moderate content, provide support, and improve reliability.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the application, with other users when you choose to publish or send content, with transaction partners when you request a service, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Data is protected using access controls and encryption in transit. We retain information only for the time needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Backup copies expire according to the backup retention schedule.
Your choices
You may change profile and privacy settings, revoke device permissions, block users, report content, or delete your account. See the account deletion page.
