These terms govern your use of the Housio application. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure.
Acceptable use
Do not post illegal, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe content. Do not impersonate others, distribute malware, scrape the service, evade security controls, or misuse another person's information.
User content and moderation
You retain ownership of your content and grant Housio the limited rights required to host and display it. Content and accounts may be restricted or removed to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with law. Users can report content and block other users in the application.
Marketplace and third parties
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Housio connects users and providers but is not the provider of third-party goods or services. Verify listings and providers before entering a transaction.
Account termination
You may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms. Legal, fraud-prevention, and financial records may be retained where required.
